**About Gravton Motors**:
Gravton Motors founded on the idea that electric vehicles can contribute to sustainable living provided it comes at the convenience or ease of using fossil-fuel powered vehicles. We designed and engineered our first electric two-wheeler QUANTA on this one single principle that should be adopted by many to lower carbon footprint by introducing SES (Swap Ecosystem) into the design of the vehicle as well as business model.

QUANTA is conceptualised, designed, and engineered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India for the Indian Market. We built our vehicle to be robust enough to attract a whole new crowd who would appreciate a practical design, by redefining the step-through design of the two-wheeler market in India.

**Job Designation: CRM Associate Job Description**:

- Manage both new and existing customer requirements to identify, predict, and practically address their demands.
- Resolve customer problems and direct unresolved issues to a different department, if needed.
- Provide price information and handle inquiries about delivery.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
- Maintain customer database and follow company process accurately and efficiently.
- Create initiatives to raise product awareness, expand the consumer base, and increase revenue.
- Develop a customized strategy for product sales and marketing in collaboration with the marketing/sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers need to be good with communication.
- Good proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Good knowledge on MS Office.
- Zeal to learn and grow

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the Customer care sector is a plus.

**Salary Range **: 2.2 - 3.0 LPA based on skills and performance

**Location: Hyderabad, ECIL, Cherlapalli**

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
