Associate - Logistics

**Job Summary**:
By joining us as a Logistics Associate, you will perform and create and maintain full inventory (goods in/stores and receipting). If this sounds like an exciting job for you, come and join our team

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Ensure that Packed items are properly moved into TRAX on time.
- Daily monitoring of TRAX vs Invoice received and monitor Gate out process.
- Resolve issues in TRAX and ensure that invoices are received on time.
- Maintain MIS reports for Material movement.
- Coordinate with Transporter and get LR on time for onward submission to documentation team.

**Who You Are**:
**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Understand Outbound Logistics process and support in invoicing and resolve issues.
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to get timely response.
- Close coordination with Finance to resolve if any discrepancy.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Bachelor’s degree in arts, with minimum 3+ years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Logistics
- Familiar with ERP software Oracle will be added advantage.
- Awareness about EMS & ISO 45001 practices
- Experience in ISO 14001:2015 - ISO 45001:2018 - ISO 9001:2015 procedures & instructions
