Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Specialist located in Chennai. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain processes, coordinating with various freight services, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, analyzing logistics data to improve efficiencies, managing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with warehousing practices. This role also involves liaising with third-party associates to execute logistics plans effectively.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in managing Export documentation and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with logistics technology and software systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
