Job Title: IT Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand the staffing needs for various IT positions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry and recruitment practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including different technologies, programming languages, and job roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
