Bench Sales Executive

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gather requirements for consultants from Tier-1 vendors, job portals, and networking techniques.
- Work night shifts as required to accommodate client needs.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+Years of experience in bench sales recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Familiarity with job portals and networking techniques.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
- Knowledge of US staffing and recruiting processes preferred.

Role Category: Recruitment

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
