Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic
Bench Sales Recruiter
to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, building relationships with clients and vendors, and successfully placing candidates on projects. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills in the US staffing and consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and place
    bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens)
    to suitable job opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with
    direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners
    .
  • Source requirements through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and vendor databases.
  • Coordinate with consultants to understand their skill sets, preferences, and availability.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and close placements efficiently.
  • Maintain daily activity logs and track submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Stay updated with
    US recruitment policies, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
    , and immigration processes.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Bench Sales Recruiter
    in US IT staffing.
  • Strong understanding of
    US job market, tax terms, and visa classifications
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using
    job portals, ATS systems, and social media platforms
    .
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    US staffing and bench sales
    .
  • Established network with
    vendors, clients, and consulting firms
    .
  • Strong track record of successful placements.
