Bench Sales Recruiter

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain an updated database of bench resources and their skills.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Actively engage with clients to identify and assess their project requirements and staffing needs.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, client demands, and market rates to provide effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new clients and opportunities for bench placement.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
- **Sales Focus**:
- Achieve monthly metrics and sales targets related to bench placements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, submissions, and placements in the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare regular reports on recruiting activities, market trends, and placement successes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar IT recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and various technical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
