- Handle entire cycle of bench sales process - Identifying, generating and growing new base accounts.
- Handle customer issues and communication effectively to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction

Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge and working experience on W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp (C2C).
- Hands-on experience in contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions.
- Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, and Career Builder.
- Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings.
- Screening and shortlisting of resumes according to the requirements.
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills for US Citizens and Green Card holders.
- Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation.
- Strong knowledge of negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/full-time requirements.
- Broadcasting the consultant's profile and the company's Hotlist periodically.
- Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market.
- Coordinating with the consultant in order to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor
- Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.
- Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end-client interview schedules.
- Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications.
- Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups.
- Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
