Mis Executive

The MIS Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing reports to support the organization's decision-making processes. They will handle the maintenance of data, reporting tools, and information systems, and ensure the timely delivery of accurate and relevant data to management and other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, organize, and maintain business data from various sources.
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros) to analyze large data sets and create insightful reports.
- Use Excel’s advanced features (e.g., conditional formatting, charts, formulas) to generate and present data reports.
- Build and maintain complex Excel workbooks with formulas, macros, and pivot tables to analyze and track key business metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular checks and updates.
- Prepare and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
- Automate the process of report generation to save time and improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with various departments (Sales, Finance, HR, etc.) to understand their data needs and reporting requirements.
- Provide support to management by preparing custom reports and data insights on an as-needed basis.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting tasks and reduce manual data handling.
- Recommend and implement tools or strategies that improve the efficiency of MIS functions.
- Provide Excel related training and support to staff to improve their data handling and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
