About the Company Chungath Business Corporates is a diversified business group with interests spanning jewellery retail We are committed to excellence innovation and people-centric growth We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and drive a culture of performance engagement and compliance across all business verticals Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Management Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives Serve as a strategic advisor to management on HR policies and workforce planning Recruitment Talent Acquisition Oversee end-to-end recruitment onboarding and induction processes Design effective sourcing and retention strategies to attract top talent Employee Relations Engagement Promote a positive workplace culture and handle grievance management effectively Plan and execute employee engagement activities welfare initiatives and recognition programs Performance Management Implement and manage performance appraisal systems KPIs KRAs etc Support managers in goal setting evaluation and performance improvement Training Development Identify skill gaps and design training programs for professional growth Coordinate external and internal learning initiatives Compliance Payroll Ensure statutory compliance related to ESI PF Gratuity Professional Tax and Labour Laws Oversee payroll processing and maintain HR documentation and MIS reports Policy Process Management Formulate review and update HR policies handbooks and SOPs Maintain HR audit readiness and ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resource Management or related field MBA PGDM preferred Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws HR operations and talent management practices Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Key Skills Strategic Thinking Decision Making Leadership People Management Conflict Resolution Negotiation HR Compliance Documentation Payroll Statutory Management Training Employee Development Remuneration Competitive salary package based on experience and industry standards How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated resume to hr thecbc co in with the subject line Application for HR Manager - Chungath Business Corporates Job Type Permanent Pay 17 074 39 - 45 050 50 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
