About the company Sky Ocean Shipping Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing logistics and freight forwarding company with operations across the UAE Our India backend office oversees HR operations employee management and recruitment functions to support UAE business activities We are seeking an HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations for our India back-office team The ideal candidate should be proactive detail-oriented and experienced in managing HR processes within a professional service environment Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations Documentation Pricing and Customer Service roles in India Source screen and shortlist candidates through job portals referrals and social media platforms Maintain accurate employee records including attendance leaves and HR databases Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance PF ESI etc Handle HR documentation such as offer letters appointment letters confirmations and exit formalities Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with employee queries Coordinate with the UAE management team for HR reporting hiring updates and backend support activities Requirements Graduate Postgraduate in HR Business Administration or related field MBA Preferred 1-4 years of experience in HR operations Logistics industry preferred Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills What We Offer Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic logistics environment Supportive and collaborative workplace culture Competitive salary and statutory benefits Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
