Customer Call Handling & Escalation – Be the first point of contact and ensure every issue is addressed with care and urgency.???? Monitoring Open Calls – Track service calls and escalate delays due to parts unavailability.???? MIS Reporting – Prepare insightful reports on parts and service performance.???? Dealer Correspondence – Communicate clearly and professionally with dealers to resolve issues.???? Outstanding Follow-Up – Stay on top of every open item until it’s resolved — no loose endsWhat You Bring:???? Bachelor of Mass Communications with strong proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel???? Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service or support roles???? A proactive mindset and ability to work independently???? Excellent communication and follow-up skills???? Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities????
