We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and drive a culture of performance, engagement, and compliance across all business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to management on HR policies and workforce planning.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Design effective sourcing and retention strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Promote a positive workplace culture and handle grievance management effectively.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (KPIs, KRAs, etc.).
- Support managers in goal setting, evaluation, and performance improvement.
- Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and design training programs for professional growth.
- Coordinate external and internal learning initiatives.
- Compliance & Payroll:
- Ensure statutory compliance related to ESI, PF, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain HR documentation and MIS reports.
- Policy & Process Management:
- Formulate, review, and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
- Maintain HR audit readiness and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR operations, and talent management practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
