**Job Role -**Business Development Manager

**Salary -**3 LPA - 6 LPA **Requirements -** - Experience in consumer packaging (Self-Adhesive Labels & Shrink Sleeves). - Strong communication, presentable, enthusiastic, and self-driven. - Proven YOY business growth in volume and numbers. - Good understanding of customers, markets, and industry segments. - Skilled in identifying customer needs and offering solutions. - Ability to explore and penetrate new markets and opportunities. - Experienced in working with operations for product development, quality, and faster TATs. - Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint with a knack for data and trend analysis. - Market-aware: monitors trends, competition, and customer behavior to refine strategies. - Experienced in sales planning, forecasting, and market analysis. - Strong cross-functional collaboration for marketing and growth. - Comfortable interacting with top management. **Functional Skills -** - Market Intelligence - Relationship Management - Sales & Marketing - Planning & Execution - Product & Process Know-how **Responsibilities -** - Build and grow partnerships to expand business. - Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones. - Identify new business avenues and ensure project success through strategic planning. **Qualifications -** - Graduate or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years of relevant business development experience. - Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills. - Proven success in sales growth and business expansion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
