**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- 1)Own the P/L of the channels and drive it like an independent business
function.
- 2) Maintain the online listing sheet for the brand and make updates as products
are added, prices are changed etc.
- 3)Audit all online listings.
- 4) Develop strong relationships with various E-commerce portals brand
managers to help drive sales and build channels
- 5) Management of data from e-commerce marketplaces
- 6)Ensure that products are created and deployed perfectly across retailer
- websites such as Flipkart, Pharmeasy, Nykaa etc.
- 7) Onboard the products and brand to new relevant marketplaces and own the
entire process
- 8)Work with the design team to ensure the best-in-class creatives are deployed
**What are we looking for**:

- 1) Lots of drive and high ownership
- 2)Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
- 3) Strong intent to learn and execute
- 4) Ability to work in an unstructured environment and under deadlines
- 5)Comfort with handling basic data (proficiency in MS excel is a plus
- 6)Good at stakeholder management and structured thinking
