**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels, including stock tracking, updating product listings, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock availability.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns or exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
- **Order Processing**: Process online orders, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment, packaging, and shipping.
- **Data Entry**: Use Google Sheets to track and report on inventory levels, order status, and customer interactions.
- **Product Listings**: Help create and update product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Reporting**: Assist in generating reports related to sales, inventory, and customer feedback to support decision-making and improve processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation is required.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of inventory management and customer service is required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
