**Role**:Business Associate
- Full Time**

We are looking for self-driven individuals with prior experience in e-commerce. The key responsibilities include
- Build and maintain relationships with respective brand SPOCs
- Coordinate with clients on product pricing, inventory, weekly offers/ discounts & full fulfillment and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis P&L responsibility with ownership
- Drive business growth of clients
- To understand key business metrics, Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins etc.
- Client Servicing Experience
- Create, manage and optimize client’s product listing on OMS
- Follow processes, business reporting, calendars to communicate timely to clients

**Requirements**:
∙ Graduate (bachelor’s degree) with a learning attitude and flexible to work in start-up environment (ambiguity & constant change)
- ∙ Strong communication, problem solving, presentation skills with attention to details
- ∙ 0-3 years prior experience in e-commerce (preferably SCM or Business operations
- ∙ Excellent project management skills, team player and highly collaborative

**Compensation**

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
