**Role Summary**:The CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping Metadrob's technical landscape, overseeing all aspects of our technological development and infrastructure. This position requires a seasoned leader with a robust technical background and strategic mindset to align technology with our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement the company's technological vision, setting short
- and long-term objectives in alignment with Metadrob’s business goals.
- **Technical Roadmap**: Define the technological roadmap for product innovation, infrastructure, and systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- **Product Development**: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment, including R&D, architecture, and software development.
- **Team Development**: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering and development team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure technology supports broader business objectives.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the technology budget effectively, making strategic decisions on resource allocation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Establish and uphold quality standards across all technological solutions, ensuring robust testing, security protocols, and compliance with industry standards.
- **Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and manage external technology vendors and partners.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 15+ years in technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, ideally as a CTO or Head of Technology.
- **Technical Expertise**: In-depth understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and emerging technologies relevant to the company’s core products.
- **Product Management**: Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end product development, with a strong grasp of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage large, multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- **Analytical & Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated capacity for data-driven decision-making.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- **Innovation & Vision**: Strong track record of innovation, with the ability to identify and harness opportunities in the latest technologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth company or start-up environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Prior experience in evaluating and integrating AI/ML, blockchain, or other emerging technologies.
