**Details**:

- **Working Days**: 6 days a week (Rotational off)
- **Shifts**: 7am-10pm rotational shifts
- **Eligibility Criteria**: Any Graduation, HSc with a minimum of 2 Years of experience can also apply.
- **Experience**: 0 to 7 years (max)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Role Overview**:
As a Client Delivery Executive, youll act as the communication bridge between IDfy and our vendors, ensuring smooth, timely, and quality-driven client deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up proactively to ensure on-time completion of client tasks
- Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and delivery timelines
- Raise alerts for delays, bottlenecks, or quality issues
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements and smoother execution

**Skills Needed**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of BGV
- Comfortable with client management.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ethical conduct and confidentiality.
- Adaptability to changes.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
