Client Servicing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relations**: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships and understanding their business goals.
- **Project Management**: Coordinate with internal teams to oversee project timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- **Needs Assessment**: Work closely with clients to identify their specific requirements and expectations, translating these into clear, actionable briefs for the design and marketing teams.
- **Progress Tracking & Reporting**: Provide clients with regular updates on project status, handling questions, concerns, or changes swiftly.
- **Problem Solving**: Anticipate potential project challenges, addressing and resolving issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify new opportunities to introduce additional services and expand existing accounts in alignment with client needs.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback post-project and provide actionable insights to help improve future service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management within an agency or creative setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
- Knowledge of brand development, packaging design, or digital marketing is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
