**Job Title**: Client Servicing Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Client Servicing**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between clients and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and vendors as needed.
- Ensure that vendors are aligned with client expectations and project timelines.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with both clients and vendors to convey project updates, changes, and any relevant information.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of client projects and vendor relationships.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, agreements, and communication.
- Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings and internal reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, vendor management, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
