**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inbound Calls**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries.
- Upsell relevant products after resolving customer concerns.

**Outbound Calls**:

- Conduct delivery feedback calls.
- Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Investigate and verify reasons behind customer return requests.
- Maintain an accurate Excel record of all outbound call interactions.
- Address customer concerns received through social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle 70-100 calls per day.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
