- Support ongoing customer retention activities, including researching what may be the root cause of a customer issue or problem
- Assist with queries and end-to-end resolution relating to (but not limited to) product licensing, activation, upgrades, renewals and customer portals; liaise with other Veritas business units as needed.
- Must be good in follow up and interpersonal skills.

- Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
