
Front Desk Representative

As a Front desk representative you will be the initial point of contact for customers. Your main responsibility is to ensure patients have a smooth, pleasant and positive experience. You will manage patient interactions, take bookings, direct patients to doctors / therapists, collect payments using our systems. This position combines customer service, administrative duties, sales, and clinic operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting visitors at the clinic and overseeing their visit from start to finish - escorting them to doctor or treatment rooms
- Managing the clinic’s visitor queue for doctor consultations and therapies
- Answering any incoming calls for booking requests - doctors or therapists
- Schedule, modify, and confirm customer appointments efficiently
- Use the clinic software to manage booking queues, video consultations
- Collect payments from the visitors and complete other billing services
- Oversee the upkeep and maintain decorum of the clinic
- Other duties may be assigned based on company needs
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- UG / Diploma and Strong Communication Skills (English and Kannada)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferably in a healthcare setting
- Shift Timings: 9 AM TO 6 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Sunday, with 1 day weekly rotational off )
- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
