Job description

Handle end-to-end recruitment post jobs to appropriate job board/social media etc and utilize various latest methodologies for recruitment

Involved in full-cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening

and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract with hire, and permanent

positions.

Good understanding of visa and work status of the US consultants / Good knowledge of H1- B1 Visa

Assess applicants’ relevant IT knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
