**Job Title: US IT Recruiter -** **Work From Office (Viman Nagar, Pune)**

**Education**: Under graduation is desirable

**Experience**: 1 - 5 Yrs

**Location**: Pune

**Mandatory Skills**: Excellent communication skills, US Recruitment experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment with excellence in hiring across levels, stakeholder management, database management, reporting etc
- Responsible for Technology hiring across levels and manage bulk requirements on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 and Fulltime hiring.
- Excellent understanding of US Tax terms and Visa types including GC, US Citizens, TN Visa Holders, H1B, EAD, OPT etc.
- Must have worked on US job portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
- Proactively resolve bottle necks.
- Prepare and submit timely progress reports to various stakeholders.
- Involve in various initiatives for process improvement and talent branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable multitasking and organizational skills
- Always pushing the limits
- Experience using both internet recruitment sources and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be professional, calm, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, and creative.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of, and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
