**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Lead Generation**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to **generate leads and drive sales** for real estate projects.
- Collaborate with sales teams to track lead conversion and improve marketing effectiveness.

**Digital & Social Media Marketing**:

- Manage social media accounts (**Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube**), creating engaging content.
- Plan and execute **paid ad campaigns** on Google and social media platforms.
- Optimize website content for **SEO and lead generation**.

**Branding & Promotions**:

- Design **brochures, flyers, and marketing materials** with the creative team.
- Plan and execute real estate **exhibitions, events, and property launches**.
- Develop promotional strategies for new projects and maintain a strong brand presence.

**Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct **market research** to identify real estate trends and competitor strategies.
- Analyze customer preferences and provide insights for marketing decisions.

**Offline & Traditional Marketing**:

- Coordinate **hoardings, newspaper ads, radio promotions, and outdoor branding**.
- Develop relationships with **channel partners, brokers, and agents** for wider reach.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, or related field**
1-3 years of experience in **real estate, construction, or a related industry**
Strong knowledge of **digital marketing, SEO, and social media management**
Experience with **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation campaigns**
Familiarity with **CRM tools & marketing automation platforms**
Excellent **communication, negotiation, and analytical skills**
Creative mindset with a passion for branding and promotions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
