**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Chef Helper to join our culinary team. The Chef Helper will assist the kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment and support the smooth running of kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables, meats, and other items.
- Prepare stocks, sauces, marinades, and garnishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and cooking tools.

**2. Cooking Assistance**:

- Assist in basic cooking tasks, such as frying, grilling, steaming, or boiling, under the supervision of the chefs.
- Ensure dishes are prepared in a timely manner and follow recipes and standards set by the kitchen team.
- Help with cooking items like soups, salads, and side dishes.

**3. Kitchen Maintenance and Cleanliness**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools, ensuring all items are properly sanitized.
- Assist in cleaning the kitchen and dining areas before, during, and after service.

**4. Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing food and supplies.
- Ensure that food items are used before expiration and assist in inventory checks.

**5. Assisting Kitchen Staff**:

- Support chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
- Help with setting up and organizing kitchen areas before and after each shift.
- Assist with plating dishes during peak service times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
