**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for app development services through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking progress and updating sales forecasts regularly.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business objectives and app requirements.
- Present and demonstrate our app development capabilities to prospects, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with our app development team to develop customized proposals and solutions that address client needs and align with business objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial and in line with company policies.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the app development space to maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build relationships, promote our app development services, and expand our market presence.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or a similar role, with a focus on selling app development services.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of app development technologies, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Salary**: From ₹500,000.00 per year
