**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - Medical Industry

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies to promote and sell company products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase departments, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and feedback from clients to share with the sales team.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on pending orders.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing events as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends in CRM or reporting tools.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **1-3 years** of experience in field sales, preferably in the **medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
