A leading e-commerce services company is looking for experienced E-commerce operations executives. Looking for professionals who will maximize commercial performance whilst providing the best customer experience at all stages of the customer journey.
- Product SEO
- Tool Usages such as Jungle Scout and Helium 10
- Campaign Management
- FBA
- Product Returns
- Amazon Brand Registry
- Amazon Storefront Development
- Competition Analysis
- Buy Box wins
- Sales Improvement
- Amazon and other platforms reporting

**Responsibilities**
- Managing multiple Seller accounts on Amazon and other platforms
- Develop Weekly Performance reports of various seller accounts
- Deep expertise in the Amazon market
- Keyword research tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout
- Effective Communication with Clients (English)
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

**Qualifications**
- Preferably Amazon Trained Ecommerce Specialist Certified
- Bachelor's degree (Preferably English Honors)
- Min 5+ years experience in Ecommerce back office/operations processExcellent knowledge of computers and online services
- Fluent written and verbal English skills
- Must be willing to work under pressure and within deadlines


Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- UK shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
