**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Location - Bangalore.**

**EXP - more than 1.5 yrs**

**CTC upto - 4.50 lpa**
- Primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the ecommerce department of the company with a significant online presence.
- Responsible for website management content creation, product updates. Manage and monitor

the online product catalog (add/edit products, prices, sales, categorization) through the Content
Management System or backend processes
- Keyword Analysis, Researching the best keywords using tools like Word Tracker, Keyword

Discovery, and Google Keyword Planner etc. on 3 major factors Relevancy, Popularity and
Competitiveness.
- Managing the portal for matters related to payments, product uploads, changes to listings,

stock updates and promotions.
- Planning and executing various promotions for the company like Brand Promotion, Product

Promotion, Event Promotion and Deal of the day, Super Saver

Company business through Digital mode.
- Preparing products for listings - product details, including catalog details such as the product

names and descriptions.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, A+ content creation, store,

inventory management
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, Ads) to provide updated

content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Provide support in other areas of Basic knowledge of AMS, Flipkart Advertising
- Monitor changes in product sales by using Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to

stay organized.
- Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Good knowledge and working experience with central sales team of E-Commerce site such as

Amazon, Flipkart and shopify.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is must.
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple platforms in parallel.

**Requirements for E-commerce Executive**:

- Any Graduate*
- Excellent MS Office Skills.*
- Excellent Excel Skills.*
- Experience in Amazon and Flipkart.*
- E commerce operation Seller experience on Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Qtrove etc. *
- Good Communication Skills*
- Good Organisational Skills.*
