Adept at developing and implementing eCommerce strategies, managing online platforms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Possess a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- **eCommerce Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- **Delivery Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive delivery strategy to meet business objectives, ensuring efficient delivery processes, cost control, and superior customer satisfaction coordinating with Delivery partners.
- **Customer support**: Focus on providing an excellent online shopping experience, including ensuring a seamless checkout process, responsive customer service, and effective complaint resolution.
- **Inventory Mangement**: Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent overstock or out-of-stock situations, and ensure timely product delivery.
- **Compliance and legal**: Ensure the website complies with all relevant eCommerce laws, privacy regulations, and data protection rules.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
