INTRODUCTION

As a Sales Associate in the Offline Sales Team, the employee will be responsible for generating high quality leads for Fitelo via Field Sales / Offline Sales mechanisms.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for establishing communication with potential leads, explaining about Fitelo’s diet plans and measuring intent and willingness of leads to purchase Fitelo’s diet plans.

The Sales Associate will then pass on the high quality leads to Fitelo’s Inside Sales team who will further do the discussion with the lead and convert them to paid packages.

This will be a traveling job and the Sales Associate will be expected to travel around the city to generate leads. Hence, a minimum 2-wheeler is a must for the same.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation: Generate leads for Fitelo i.e. identify name, contact number and various other details of people who are interested to lose weight and take a diet plan from Fitelo. As part of this, the Sales Associate may employ various different mechanisms
- Conduct camps in societies / other public places to generate interest for Fitelo

Conduct door-to-door pitching

Onboard Partners such as Gyms, Salons, Chemists, Doctors and obtain leads from them. Maintain continuous relationships with these partners to continuously generate leads.

And many more.

The Sales Associate will also be expected to record all Lead Details in the Fitelo CRM.

Lead Qualification: The Sales Associate will be expected to conduct introductory and follow-up calls with generated leads and qualify them for Fitelo’s plans
- Introduce Fitelo and our methodology for weight loss

Share transformations and other proof of concepts

Explain Fitelo’s plans and pricing

Basis interest to purchase, pass the leads to Fitelo’s Inside Sales Team to complete the purchase journey

The Sales Associate will be expected to generate a minimum number of qualified leads per day which will be agreed upon by the Manager and the Sales Associate.

Reporting: The Sales Associate will be expected to provide a reporting of his / her daily activities and generated and qualified leads to his / her manager at the end of each day.

The Sales Associate will also be expected to agree upon the week’s and day’s work schedule with his / her manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum 18 years of age as per government records

Should be minimum 12th passout

Have your own two-/four-wheeler and valid government approved driving license. Possess own Mobile Phone with good connectivity.

2+ years of experience in Field Sales Domains such as Medical Representatives, Insurance, FMCG, Consumer Good, EdTech Offline etc.

Comfortable traveling across the job location. Minimum 2-wheeler is a must.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
