Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing? Tucious-Digital Prachar is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to understand their digital marketing needs.

2. Client Consultation: Conduct consultations to assess clients' goals and challenges, and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our digital marketing services and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

4. Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals that address clients' specific requirements and demonstrate the benefits of our services.

5. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction.

6. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently acquiring new clients and upselling additional services to existing clients.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing services or related industries.

2. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, strategies, and industry trends.

3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

4. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

5. Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.

6. Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
