**Job Description: Field Executive**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Field Executive. As a Field Executive, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and promoting our products or services in designated geographical areas. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting regular visits to clients and prospects within assigned territories to promote company products or services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Presenting product demonstrations or samples to potential clients and explaining the features and benefits.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Providing feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant information using CRM software.
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably in a field-based position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel within assigned territories and work outside of traditional office hours as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
