Accounts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain daily records of financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense forms, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts monthly.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience (2-3 years) in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
