**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
