**Field Executive - Business WhatsApp Profile Management**

**Job Summary**:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Executive to join our team. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for visiting businesses and encouraging them to update their WhatsApp Business profiles. If a business is not registered, you will guide them through the registration process and assist with completing their profile.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit businesses and introduce the benefits of having a complete WhatsApp Business profile.
- Encourage businesses to update their profiles, adding necessary information such as business hours, address, and description.
- Assist unregistered businesses with the registration process and guide them in completing their profiles.
- Provide training and support to businesses on how to effectively use WhatsApp Business features.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for profile updates and new registrations.
- Gather feedback from businesses and report any issues or concerns to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, profile updates, and registrations.

**Requirements**:*
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and its features.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
