Job Title: Field Executive - Labor Sourcing and Deployment

Location: Extensive travel across Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Uttar Pradesh; deployment at various client sites as required.

Job Summary:
AtoZ Virtual Private Limited is seeking a proactive and connected Field Executive to source, recruit, and deploy skilled and unskilled laborers—including carpenters, masons, bar benders, welders, riggers, and erection teams—for construction and other projects. The role requires extensive travel to specified regions to personally engage with potential labor sources, ensuring a monthly deployment target of at least 100 laborers to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Labor Sourcing:
Identify and engage with local contractors, labor suppliers, and community leaders in the specified regions to source skilled and unskilled laborers.

Leverage personal networks and references to build a reliable labor pool.

Conduct field visits to assess labor availability and suitability.

Recruitment and Selection:
Screen and select laborers based on client requirements and project specifications.

Ensure all recruited laborers possess necessary certifications and qualifications.

Deployment Coordination:
Organize and coordinate the transportation and accommodation of laborers to various client sites.

Ensure timely deployment to meet client project timelines.

Client Liaison:
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand labor needs and provide updates on deployment status.

Address any client concerns or issues related to labor deployment promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:
Pay: ₹9,763.26 - ₹28,768.68 per month
