**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field surveys for crop and livestock insurance assessments.
- Verify insurance claims by collecting and documenting field-level data.
- Coordinate with farmers, local bodies, and stakeholders for claim verification and enrollment.
- Collect and validate documents such as land records, farmer ID proofs, photographs, and related reports.
- Identify and report crop damage, livestock mortality, and other insured risks as per guidelines.
- Participate in awareness campaigns and drive enrollment of farmers into insurance schemes.
- Maintain proper documentation and submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.
- Work closely with internal teams, insurance partners, and government departments to streamline operations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum **10+2** or **Diploma in Agriculture / Veterinary / Rural Development** (preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, or related fields is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in field operations, crop/livestock insurance, or agricultural surveys.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of rural/agricultural ecosystems and farming practices.
- Familiarity with crop and livestock insurance schemes (PMFBY, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with farmers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently on field tasks.

**Other Requirements**:

- **Two-wheeler and valid driving license** (mandatory).
- Ability to work in outdoor and field conditions for extended hours.
- Local language proficiency is highly desirable.

**Salary**: As per industry standards + travel allowance + performance incentives
