We are looking for experienced operations and maintenance to help us implement the right processes across the company and enable business growth. You’ll assess our departments’ operational methods and propose ways to improve them. Project management and effective communication are important operation supervisor skills for multiple Solar Plants To succeed is this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp, analytical thinking. If you are result-oriented and have excellent organizational skills, we’d like to meet you. Experience in Solar PV Rooftop plants will be preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative tasks
- Maintain schedule of operations
- Cooperate with different departments

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Operations Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer proficiency
- Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Associate
- O&M executive shall be responsible for ensuring proper scheduling of cleaning, breakdown and preventive maintenance activities. All reports are to be sent to client with their comments within 4 hrs of the activity being completed.
- O&M executive shall prepare MIS and check the vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for payments.
- O&M executive shall coordinate with purchase on warranty claims
- O&M executive to report to ops officer.
