To plan and schedule daily and monthly maintenance activities in the respective faculty. Coordinates preparation and execution of shutdowns. Runs MS-AX Maintenance Management system.

**Description**

**Key Results**

**Departmental Plans and Strategy**
- Implements the departments maintenance plan to ensure the achieving the departments objectives and Farabi’s business objectives.
- Recognized participation in and impact on formulation of the Department’s strategy and direction
- Executes Maintenance plans

**Policies, Processes and Procedures**
- Assists in the development and implementation of section policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled

**Day
- to-day operations**
- Schedules the day-to-day operations of Maintenance department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures
- Day-to-day operations are consistent with established policies, standards and procedures

**Job Specific**
- Plans and schedules day to day maintenance requests coordinating with all concerned M&R sections for execution.
- Plans and schedules plant shut downs coordinating with all concerned department to avoid any undesired downtime and ensure alignment of schedules.
- Establishes resources required for shut downs coordination with the Planning Supervisor to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Maintains all manuals and procedures as per department’s filing procedures to ensure up to date records.
- Administrates all maintenance activities and reports all findings to the Planning Supervisor to ensure update with operational activities.
- Coordinates activities and schedules of maintenance contractors to ensure delivery of services per terms and conditions.
- Operates MS- AX maintenance module to ensure accurate flow of data and management of module for optimal reporting and operation.
- Contributes in developing yearly PM and PdM plan to ensure department planning in concerned area is updated.
- Monitors spare parts inventory and reports findings to Planning Supervisor.
- Maintain & monitor temporary repair records.
- Follow up Reliability/Inspection recommendation.
- Train/assist new comers in planning department.
- Execute successfully the planned shut downs.
- Smooth shutdown process.
- Availability and organization of all records.
- Enhancing the performance of the maintenance activities.
- Contractors’ services delivered as per terms and conditions.
- Yearly PM and PdM plans
- MS-AX maintenance module up to date and operational

**Reporting**
- Preparation of timely and accurate departmental reports which conform to Farabi and department requirements, policies and standards.
- All department reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and meet company policies and requirements

**Budget**
- Assists in preparation of the Maintenance budget by preparing analysis and data related to specific elements as directed.
- Accuracy of data and contribution towards budget

**HSSE**
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Participates in safety programs and work permit system to determine their adequacy
- Participates in incident investigation and provide technical information as required

**7. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Academic and professional qualifications: Engineering OR **Diploma in technical field or equivalent.

**Experience**:8+ years of experience (Maintenance or planning)
