Job Title: Solar Operations and Maintenance Professional
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Operations and Maintenance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading the operation and maintenance of solar parks with minimum 50 MW capacity.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, finding gaps, preparing, and executing action plans to meet business targets. This will include maintaining proper preventive maintenance schedules, timely closure of audits, and reporting on incidents.
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of various modules and inverter types (string or Central inverter) is also essential.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Maintain a high level of technical expertise in solar operations and maintenance
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize costs

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in solar O&M
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
