Solar Operations and Maintenance Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Solar Operations and Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and repair of solar plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of multiple solar plants and identify areas for improvement.
- Site Coordination: Collaborate with site teams to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Development: Support the recruitment, training, and development of site operations teams.
- Project Transition: Ensure seamless transitions between projects, following established protocols and procedures.
- Documentation and Reporting: Manage weekly and monthly reports, documentation, and invoicing.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)
- Experience: 7-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in Solar O&M as middle-level management. Experience with high-voltage substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting is desirable.

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MIS reporting
