**Mandatory critical skill set:
- Mandatory experience in **PROCESS maintenance**:

- Responsible for executing the preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of the equipment in plant and utilities.
- Maintain documents related to preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance
- Monitoring of Utility and PROCESS Equipment's for its proper working
- Monitoring & verification of critical equipment's control system: BMS, Water System, Lyophilizers, Compact Lines, Autoclaves, Cold Storage, Deep freezers, QC equipment's and other process equipment.
- Follow-up with external agencies for automation, programming & software related issues for immediate rectification.
- Daily monitoring and verification of Utility equipment usage.
- Preparation & review of documentation: SOP, failure report, preventive maintenance checklist & Breakdown.
- Installation of new equipment and support to Projects.
- Execution of Annual maintenance contract (AMC)'s related to equipment.
- To maintain critical spare inventory to reduce the breakdown time.

**General Skill Set**:

- To understand and follow the company's environmental health and safety policy.
- To follow safety rules and standard Operating procedures at the workplace.
- Participate in environment, health and safety training & awareness programs.
- To understand SOP of relevant machinery, tools, substances, etc. before use.
- Use of essential personal protective equipment at workplace.
- Report any abnormalities, near incident, unsafe act & conditions in the workplace, equipment, etc. which might endanger environment, health and safety to respective departmental EHS co-ordinator
