**Job Summary**:
The Junior Scientific Officer will assist in laboratory operations, research activities, data analysis, and ensure compliance with standard scientific protocols. This role involves supporting product development, quality assurance, and analytical testing processes under the guidance of senior staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine analytical and experimental tests on samples and raw materials
- Support in research studies and product development activities
- Prepare, review, and maintain lab records, reports, and documentation
- Assist in maintaining laboratory instruments and equipment
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and adhere to SOPs
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and R&D teams for ongoing projects
- Support in validation and calibration procedures as required

**Qualifications Required**:

- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related sciences
- 1-3 years of relevant laboratory or scientific experience (Freshers with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered)

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific methods
- Attention to detail and good documentation skills
- Ability to operate lab instruments (e.g., HPLC, UV, FTIR, etc.)
- Familiarity with ISO/GMP/GLP guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and basic data handling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,014.79 - ₹93,626.82 per month
