Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field with English fluency is must.
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (internship experience welcome)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Immediate joiners from nearby location candidates will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
  • Help coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
