**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, prospect, and approach potential B2B clients in the Chakan Industrial Area.
- Present and promote Ruksons’ cargo and courier service offerings to manufacturers, warehouses, and other industrial units.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, handle negotiations, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or courier services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the industrial and logistics landscape in the Chakan area.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
