Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector, including manufacturing, construction, and engineering.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

7. Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in industrial sales and marketing roles.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
